Perfect King’s Kiddies is committed to the protection of the personal data of our customers, in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Bureau (NDPB).
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following lawful bases:
- Performance of a contract — to process and fulfil your orders
- Legitimate interests — to improve our services and prevent fraud
- Consent — for marketing communications (which you may withdraw at any time)
- Legal obligation — where required by Nigerian law
Your Rights Under the NDPA
As a data subject, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)

Children's Data
Where we process the personal data of a child under 13 (such as name, size, or age provided at checkout), we do so only with the verifiable consent of the parent or guardian who placed the order, in accordance with Section 31 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Accounts on this site are intended for adults purchasing on a child’s behalf.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Nigerian law. Order records are retained for a minimum of 6 years for tax and legal compliance.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Payment data is handled exclusively by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
