30-Day Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Free In-Store Alterations
Bought a piece and the fit is not quite right? We offer free alterations on your first wear for any item purchased in-store or online. Bring the item and your receipt to our store and our team will sort it out.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to find you the right fit.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags attached
- Items returned after 30 days of receipt
- Items purchased during a final-sale promotion (marked clearly at time of purchase)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
